Great product

Very light in weight.It cleans really well.I wish there was two floor pads instead of one.When doing my floors once the pad is soiled from one floor I have to throw it in the washer and dryer before continuing to clean my other floors.

This is my 2nd steamer, +I am familiar with their use + love them. The woman says in the presentation that the machine uses the replacement pads from the Power Fresh line, available from QVC, Amazon, etc. If you are ok with pads that fit the machine but are made by other companies, Amazon sells them in bunches of 6, 8, or 10 at MUcH lower prices, clearly stated for the Power Fresh line from Bissell. Same with replacement covers for steaming clothes, curtains, mattresses, etc.

I bought this product to replace a basic floor steamer that Ive had for many years. I love the fact that this has the removable terry cloth cover and also has the steamer removable so you can use it on stoves countertops in your bathroom etc. im extremely happy with this purchase!

Couldn't live without this! Use it somewhere in the house every week. It would be nice if extra replacement mop heads were sold at HSN---but they are available directly from Bissell. I purchased a set of 2 myself and they do fit --a chat with a Bissell rep will help you identify the correct item number.Every floor shines after using this...and never puddles or leaves the floor wet for more than a minute.

I own the larger steamer, but really wanted something lighter since I'd recently been diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my left hand.This did the trick. Takes a little bit longer to warm up, and the cord is a bit shorter, but it works fantastic.I use the heavy Duty seamer for my kitchen, and this smaller model, for my living room and bathroom.

Love the mop. But I have to wash the fabric pad every time I use it. Do you sell extra pads. Went online to the Brissel store. Dont have.

Love the machine it would have been great to have an additional cover to clean the floors. You should have an item number to order refills.

Love this steamer. Great price. Easy to use. Works well.I had a 17-year old Bissell steamer which was still functioning, but liked the extra attachments that came with this one (old one didn't have attachments). So I upgraded to it. Glad I did. Easy to use, leaves floors (ceramic tile, vinyl tile and wood) all clean. It does not over water the wood. Works exactly as shown.Liked it so much bought one as a gift for sister.

I love this steam mop. I have read the negative reviews and if the nozzle pops off you may not have it attached to the right tool, attach the thin nozzle then the tool. The amount of steam is amazing. It does drip on occasion but I just use a micro fiber cloth as Im cleaning and wipe them up. Excellent on blinds, I used the fabric tool worked perfect, and excellent grout cleaner. If it drips too much try holding it more upright. I love this I use it everywhere. Highly recommend.

I bought this for cleaning the bathroom and my tub/shower stalls. So far it works great. The first use it took a a few minutes to make steam, but after that it heated up quickly. The pads are machine washable and cleaned nicely with detergent and oxi. I don't find it cumbersome. The attachments are long enough to reach in tall, enclosed areas.
