Calcium-Magnesium Intensive Care - 1,000 Capsules

My doctor told me to try some magnesium and I saw this. I've heard very good thing about Andrew's vitamins. I suffer from severe leg cramps and I'm a really bad sleeper. I've noticed my leg cramps are just about gone and much less severe and I'm sleeping a little better. Thank you Andrew

I use Andrews vitamins , but some you really dont know if its working, but Saffron you definitely know. Its exactly what I needed, it helps me with my mood! I didnt know what was different, but I was able to deal more with the day to day stresses and then I remembered I started taking Saffron a week ago. I started using this over the big box brand bc I fractured my foot after dropping something heavy on it and really wanted to have a top notch intense calcium. The name of the product is what reeled me in and it must have worked well bc it healed up quickly. No stomach issues. I needed a calcium supplement along with magnesium for it to work properly and found Andrew Lessman offers these vitamins as well. I started taking these vitamins at night separating my daily vitamins, biotin, etc throughout the day. I take melatonin to help me fall asleep, I have always had a rough time with insomnia. I noticed these vitamins taken at night after my melatonin really helped me relax and fall asleep much faster than usual and I stayed asleep during the night w/a restful sleep!
