Im between a small and medium in most clothing purchases. I bought both sizes and they work equally well. The smaller size fits with ease and the larger size does as well but needs to be pulled a lil bit more snug for the same effect as the smaller size. Either is great. I wear them with my other neoprene workout belts designed for increasing circulation and sweat. This works wonders for preventing low back aches during strenuous workouts. Love it.

I purchased this shaper and was surprised that it feels comfortable, adjustable to my liking and it doesn't cruel up when sitting down. I love it. Bester than all the others I purchased.

I like this support item. I bought shapers to help with support but I realized I needed something more structured. I wear it while cooking and doing chores around the house. I leave it on to sit and read when I need a break. Its easy to wrap around your middle.
