The crab cakes were just as advertised. They are meaty, the breading is not excessive and seasoned perfectly. The cakes come individually packaged individually which makes using them simple. These crab cakes are truly crab cakes, not breading and filling. The crab is sweet and well cleaned. I wish we had selected the auto ship option. Great value!

I was excited when I bought these but there was no recipe book in my order. Is there anyway I can receive the booklet with your recipes? I also put the 3 piece fry pans and the fillet medallians. Please find out if I can receive the booklet. I have been a great customer for many years and I was so disappointed when I opened the box and the booklet was missing. Please help!SandieD

I absolutely love these jumbo crab cakes. They taste so good....Probably one of my favorite foods items from Curtis. Just slightly behind his salmon.

I love this crab Cakes, I cant stop eating them. Very generous portions goes perfectly with so many sides dishes I had them with salads. Roasted vegetables and planning to pair with quinoa or something else. I only added some lemon juice and tartar sauce to it, very tasty

This product was delicious. Really lived up to the advertising. Very large lumps of crab and light on the fillers. Definately got my moneys worth on this item.

The crab cakes seemed too salty and when I looked at the ingredients, there's 683 mg of sodium in them. Also, there wasn't a lot of lump crab meat. I've cancelled the auto-ship. I used to get Wolfgang Puck's crab cakes and was disappointed when they were discontinued.

My first order of these crab cakes was great. A lot of real crabmeat . I went on autoship and got my second order a week ago. They were LOUSEY. NO white crabmeat, just mealy brown stuff. Tasted Horrible. We threw them out. There was no ICE in the carton and they were warm but tried one anyway. Awful. I called HSN to get a replacement. Hope its better.

I was not impressed with this product because I noticed a some red item is in the cakes and after a few minutes of thawing it smelled bad. I through those two out, but i am fearful to eat the rest.

The product photo shows three or four small lumps, thats it...nothing in this tastes like crab. I live in San Francisco and Im well aware of good tasting crab, this and the unknown filler are not one of them. Ive never been more insulted than having served this to people and kids who would not eat the product.

First crab cake - was so looking forward to it- tasted fishy. There was no sweet crab taste at all. It was more like a fish cake. Before I call CS at HSN, I will try one more cake to see if there is a difference, but this was NOT what I expected. The good reviews were from Jan so I wonder how those who just purchased feel about them.
