"As Is" Curtis Stone Kitchen Shears

This product works just as advertised! Light weight, sleek, and easy on the hands. The shears do all the work slicing through the poultry like butter!!! Thank you Chef!

Cuts easily. Very useful, especially for those hard to open packages, even though I originally bought it to cut food. Does both.

These shears are sufficient for use.

I was disappointed in how they cut. I do like the spring style handle.

Sheath does not stay on. Very disappointed cause i was expecting a better quality. Why include it if you know it does not fit.

I used these shears a few times now, very nice. I do agree with other reviews that the cover doesn't stay on.

Thought these would be more heavy duty. Not so sure these are going to hold up to frequent use and washing. Was expecting better.

It is a good idea that these shears come with a protective sheath to put over the blades when you store the shears in your kitchen drawer. However, the sheath is very loose. In fact, if you hold the shears upside down by the handle, the sheath just falls off. Why include a protective sheath that doesn't stay on? Too much hassle to return the shears, so I will be keeping them, but the sheath will likely end up in the recycle bin.

Not sure whats going on but I have always been happy with Curtis Stone products. In this case I just have to be honest, they fall far short of what I'm used to. They seem a bit flimsy and the cover falls right off when I pick them up. Would not recommend, and I don't like saying that.

I agree with many of the other reviewers that these shears are flimsy. They cut paper and plastic just fine, but the true test of kitchen shears is if they can cut a chicken down the spine. These cannot! So Im returning them.

Don't waste your money. You can not even cut chicken fat. can even cut food saver bags. This item does not cut at all. Sending back. I do not think I will order from curtis stone any more. His stuff JUNK!!!

Sheath doesnt stay on. Obvious design flaw as several reviews mention it.

It does not cut very well. very disappointed in this product everything else i have purchased has been good. but not the Shears
