So much easier to use for pastries. Extremely well made, well marked measurements. Quality wood, beautiful. I now leave mine sitting out!

I love this because the handles on the rolling pin you hafto grip and it hurts your hands by the time you got a batch of dumplings. This is a dream and if a invader came it would be my first go to as well. I LOVE IT

Now, these are what rolling pins should look like, not those ones with the handles on each end & the middle piece rolls. These are French rolling pins. I own a few of them. I highly recommend these.

Beautiful acacia wood rolling pin! Gorgeous finish I use a little bit of food grade oil on it after washing it! Some people may think its a little too long but I absolutely adore it. Wish I hadnt waited so long to get it

Way better than a traditional rolling pin IMO. Easier to handle, and I feel like I get more control over the dough. The markings are helpful in making sure the dough is the proper size.
