Denise Austin Double Fold & Stow Walkingpad Treadmill

I had it out of the box and was walking in under 10 minutes! The walking pad easily unfolds, simply rotate the clips to put up the arms and stand , plug it in , push start the dial , attach the safety belt and start walking. Simple to set up and use but I say read the instructions to be safe. You can walk or run on it. Whisper quiet operation. Well built, solid and great quality. Easily folds and stores in the corner. Unfold it to walk. Gets daily use , glad I got it and highly recommended.

I love this machine, its easy to use (no setup) compact and easy to stow. I use it daily.

I've used it daily for one week now. There are some less expensive models that don't have the double folding belt but I really love how small and easy it is to fold up and move once folded. So easy to take down for use and put back away. I love the handles. I love the speed dial. Also very quiet.

I live in a small condo and work long hours. I don't always have time to go to the gym. This is comfortable, easy to use and very modern.I can use my Ipad as I walk or jog. And I love that I can put it away when I invite guest over.

My neighbor bout the Denise Austin walking pad back in March. Every time I go over there, I'd jump on and use it. I loved how quiet it was and how it folds up so easily. So...I bought one for myself! So excited to have fun while getting my steps in!

Super fast delivery! I took it out of the box and it was so easy to just unfold, plug in and put in the safety key! I've only put in two workouts so far (getting in my 10k steps) but I'm absolutely loving it! I have a big treadmill downstairs in my basement but I don't like going down there and it's too big to keep upstairs. I'm loving this because I keep it in my bedroom against the wall and just unfold it, jump on, get my steps and put it back against the wall! Very quiet. Very happy!

I do use this treadmill and enjoy it but I tend not to stow it away. It is not flimsy. But the weight is 84 lbs, it is heavy to move around. Denise Austin made it look like a breeze on TV. The fact that I am 69 yrs old, I find it more difficult. The proportions of it when folded up are a bit large so you need some large furniture to store it under when not in use. I have a small house with small furniture which makes this not very stowable for me.

The treadmill arrived yesterday with the bottom lock handle cracked. I called the company and did not get a definitive response. The walking pad, itself, is heavy and not easy to move around. I am not sure if I will keep it or not. I have been a fan of Denise Austin for years, and I am disappointed in this product.

During the TV demonstration, they make it look easy, but it's worth considering the weight and size of the product before purchasing. It could be challenging for people who are not in the best shape to handle it comfortably. Not to Denise Austin: make a lighter and slimmer design.

I received my walking pad which was extremely heavy,.followed the instructions, plugged it in, and nothing! Did not work at all. Talked with China to do tech support and still nothing!! Talked with HSN and they took care of having someone come and pick it up for return. It was difficult to get it to my bedroom and difficult as well to get it back inside the box for return. UPS driver had to get his dolly to get it out to his truck. I was sad that it didnt work but will not purchase another on

Was so excited to get this.I did everything the instructions said but it wouldnt work at all. What a waste of time and money. I had to box the whole thing up and now Im waiting on a pickup date from FedEx.

I've bought a lot of great fitness equipment from HSN/QVC. This is the worse EVER! Dangerously heavy. Literally first time I am unable to maneuver a very heavy object. Only thing that ever made me concerned about stroking out trying to move it. Hosts should warn it does not roll on carpet. EXTREMELY NOISEY. High pitch squealing while walking. Can hear outside. Gets louder the faster I walk. Tread won't center no matter what. Always big gap on the left side. Would have sent back if not so heavy.

I respect the Denise Austin name, which is why I chose this treadmill over others. First of all, it is very heavy. It took my husband and myself to remove it from the box and set it up. It seems to be very sturdy, and I do like the double fold walking pad very much for space saving purposes. However, the KS app connects successfully, and the treadmill begins the start countdown only to display error code E14 each time. So far, the belt has not moved.

We were excited to receive the treadmill, but it does not turn on. Very disappointed. Will return.

Heavy. The belt fell off as I was trying to move the treadmill. Says it is for ages 14 to 60 year old (that would have been nice to hear in the presentation). The item is 110 pounds and it was hard to get into my home. Now I have try to repack the thing and wait for a return label. I hope UPS will come get the item and it doesn't cost a lot of $$. Never again will I order a big item.
