This set is just beautiful works great and looks great.

Love these knives and the block that keeps them sharp. Each knife is lightweight and very very effective at cutting huge caramel apples with sprinkles in well fell swoop. Absolutely fabulous!

You not be disappointed when you purchase these knives I love them in fact I'm going to purchase another set because my sister want mines and I just can't part with them please try them you will not be disappointed I swear

I did not know they were made in China. It does look like a nice set with the self sharpener for each knife. I know the are made in different countries so I hope the ones from China are just as good.

I love my self sharpening Henckels knife set. I know l will never have a dull knife. They are all sharp each time l use one.

This knife set contains every style of knife you could possibly need in your kitchen. The self-sharpening slots are genius and they insure a sharp knife every time you pull one out.The block itself is larger and wider than my last Henckels set, so be aware it does take up a substantial amount of counter space.

These knives are amazing, I love them. Just have to be careful when using because they are very sharp.

This set is amazing! The blades cut w/the greatest of ease, exactly what a knife should do but so often doesn't. The block is large although manageable if you have the counter space. Having the sharpening stones included is the win/win for us. Not having to manually sharpen the knives is what makes us adore this set. Henckels did not disappoint.

Huge Henckels knife fan and although I already own a different block set, I just had to add these to my collection! Love the self sharpening feature! I just apply a little downward pressure when inserting and removing to ensure they are getting sharpened. All knives cut through everything like butter! Great idea! Want bigger set to add in future!

I like but this my second set of knives which are a back up to more expensive knives. I didn't buy these knives. My husband did for himself. So far a great buy for the money.

Replaced my old set of butcher block "knives?!" - like night and day - enjoy cooking even more when using these knives for prep!Fantastic!The housing is attractive, little awkward angle-wise, but well worth figuring out where to place it.

I wanted the good name of Henckel. These are very sharp knives. I love a good, sharp knife in the kitchen. But, I was disappointed to find that this set is made in China. I thought I was getting good German-made knives. I found out Germany only sends the steel to China, then China does everything else. I felt the knives are a cheap version of Henckel. I should have known from the price.

Good set of knives--the set has the ones I always use, rather than including steak knives which I never use. Self-sharpening feature is a plus. Love the scissors, too. I've had Cutco knives for years but am very pleased with this set.

Sooo sharp. Very nice. Needed a new set of knives and found the perfect one. One draw back. Hate the block holder the knives house in. Very big. Odd shap. Take up way to much counter space.
