HP Smart Tank 6001 All in One Printer

The HP Smart Tank 6001 All in One Printer surpasses everything I wanted in a printer. Documents are clear with no smudges and are easy to read. Documents/pictures in color are printed true to the colors used. I am very satisfied with this printer.

I would do zero stars if possible. When this printer works it is great, but getting it to work is a cause of FRUSTRATION! It frequently goes OFFLINE and getting it back online requires too many steps, such as deleting and reinstalling. Who has time for this?! I'm in the market for a new printer and it will NOT be an HP one.

If you buy hp remember !! no suport in the US bought new printer tried to get help always someone I cannot understand good product BUT NO HELP!!!!

total piece of junk...I kept it too long before I tried to set it up so I can't return it... threw away $250...
