    I ORDERED HOPING TO CONVERT VHS TO DVD. I DID NOT SEE ANY DVD. I AM SO UPSET.

  • Expedited Processing, Not So Much!, (GMWLA CA)

    I received the Legacy box from HSN at the end of April. I filled it and sent it to Legacy Box and received confirmation that it was received on May 1st. It is now July 25th and I still have not received my order. Legacy Box has been sending updates and telling me the order is "progressing," but it's been almost 3 months! I can't comment on the quality of their work because I haven't seen it yet, but don't fall for the "expedited processing" claim.

    My films are over 40 years old and was hoping with all the new improvements over the years that you could lighten up the darkness of the ones taken in the house in the evening. And I was sent a little metal thing with no explanation on what it is or how to use it. I am 80 and do not have a computer nor was I aware I would need one to use this thing.

    They lost my box and I'm being bounced between HSN and Legacy box customer service. I called and emailed and no one want to help. They asking me to call UPS and file a claim witch I can't do because the label is not under my account. DO NOT BUY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MAMORIES. I lost 10 types of my wedding, my kids birth and birthdays.

    I received the 10 pc kit timely. I send in my childhood memories on super 8 mm format and they acknowledged receipt on April 19, 2023.They charged me for an extra item which I do not believe was in the box but paid anyway to get order going.As of June 8 it is still "being processed". 50 days with only a few emails. HSN should be ashamed to offer this vendor to its customers.
