Lifesmart Power Lift Chair with Remote

This is without a doubt recliner Ive ever gotten. I love it

I have been trying to receive my chair for 2 months. I called Ceva Logistics and have been unable to resolve a date to have the chair delivered. I was referred to an office in Phila. No response. Terrible!!

I enjoy my lift chair. I have a sense of security with it because I'm in my 80's and it will only take a bad fall for me to need what the chair provides. The navy color adds to my decor beautifully. I would recommend buying one at such a reasonable price.

Would not know have found no one to set it up for me an elderly person with PMR which is like MS.

Purchased 3yr warranty AND set up....Had to fight with company who delivered it stating I did not have such a thing "I had BASIC!"I'M 80yrs old and stated that and unable to TAKE OUT OF THE BOX AND PUT TOGETHER!!!THAN NEEDED TO CALL HSNOH THEY WILL GIVE ME 20%OFF which is $120.00......on chair of $649... FUNNY. THE I CHECKED IT OUT BEFORE DRIVER LEFT AND NICE CUT ON UPPER PART OF CHAIR LIKE A KNIFE SLIT!!! HAPPY????HEAVENS NO!!!

Needed a chair that legs reclined while sitting upright. The back on this chair goes back when the legs are up in recline position.

When I got the FIRST chair it didn't work so I was given a replacement... after 6 months it doesn't lift. It's not worth the money I've spent. My Mother needs a lift chair but NOT this one! . I would just like my money back so I can buy a chair that works consistently. I shouldn't have to keep dealing with issues with this chair. Once the factory warranty is up I'll just be stuck with it!

My chair is beautiful, BUT defective! Does not recline, and heat does not work! Very soft but also uncomfortable, tends to sit forward as if it is trying to lift you out of it! Returning it!!! Too bad I really saws looking forward to this lift chair. Maybe it just has too many functions?

Very poorly made! Seat not connected to frame on one side.

If I ever get my product I will give it a chance but till then I'm not going to say anything
