Bought this for my new umbrella, says these are the correct brackets for this base, but they dont fit. We have tried every way possible to get them to fit. They are too short to go from hole to hole. Please send correct brackets for this base.

I bought this thinking wow it will be neat clean and safe... boy was I wrong... 1st the phoyo shows a dog kennel? I bought a umbrella stand holder.... 2nd directions were for a different product than what I ordered... 3rd the product did not have the clips to hold together...... 4th I filled the 1st of 3 part with water... the handle broke off and 4 hole were created where pours out.... I need this fixed... I actually want to rate this as minus zero
