Sealy 13.5" Hotel Collection Euro Pillow Top Full Mattress

Just received my mattress....it is very comfortable, and I am so glad that I ordered it! Not too firm, not too soft....just right!

This mattress set is the second one that my family purchased. Delivery was great as HSN stated we would receive them. Both my adult son's stated they are sleeping much better. So far no problems to report about our purchase. Thank you HSN for bringing us this product. HSN stood by their word by giving me the discount I was promised .I purchased these mattresses when they were first presented . I got the wrong size but HSN would not exchange the size. Received my discount as guaranteed.

I was a little apprehensive buying a mattress and box springs from TV even though I do it all the time for other products. When it was delivered, and I slept on it my fears disappeared. So comfortable and my hip and shoulder pain is gone once I got rid of my old mattress set. You have no idea how bad your current mattress set is until you have a really good one. Highly recommend!!!

Comfortable from the first night. On the firm side, but that's what I was looking for.

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress without the opportunity to sample it. I had recently purchased one and was still within the warranty. Im so glad I took a chance. I sleep like a baby. Its not too soft and not too firm. I can feel my body, relaxing and distressing from the moment I lay down Thank you for a wonderful product.

My son desperately needed some mattress so, I decided to take a chance on making the purchase. I was afraid my son would not like the mattresses but he said so far so good. I was afraid because of the negative review I read. I was concerned about the warranty since there was no paperwork given at the delivery. I called HSN about the warranty and the representative as me to call the company. The Sealy company stated that the 10 yr. Warranty start the day of delivery.

The ONLY negative for me, personally, is the 13.5". Though I had been aware of that measurement, I had no idea that it would be an issue for me. My height is 5'7". My feet do not touch the floor when I sit down. I finally found a comfortable way to get on and off the mattress. It's quite comfy and I like how it looks. The service was excellent. I have no regrets about my purchase.

After the long wait for arrival, the white glove delivery was a great experience. They were very helpful and did everything as promised. It took me a few nights to get used to the mattress but Ive been sleeping better since then. My main reason for my 3 star rating is the strong odor from the mattress. Im assuming this is from the layers of foam in the mattress. After 3 weeks the odor is still fairly strong but starting to dissipate somewhat. Anyone sensitive to odors should probably avoid.

It's too late to return. I wake up with a backache and headache! I should know not to get a mattress online! Also the salesman and host called it a foundation when it's box spring! Plus it's way to high...I'm 5'6 but have to climb in and out of bed...when I sit on edge I can't even touch floor. AND host said you don't sink into mattress when you sit on edge! YES you do, I weigh 135 lbs and I sink in! Ugh! Anyone want a free mattress because since I can't return I'm giving away!

Although I consider the mattress set to be a good purchase, I have not received it. I ordered in September as a special value and have no idea as to when it will be received.

i have the mattress for little more then a week, when i got it and tried it, i was not sure exactly how i feel about it, i felt it was soft and i thought maybe, little too padded, but as the day/night goes by, i wake up almost every morning stiff, i figure out something wrong with the mattress, or it simply not the right one for me .i will have no choice but to return it

The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever owned. I can feel every coil on my body. I had to put some xtra foam and blankets on top to make it sleepable. I wll never make a major purchase on tv again.

The worst mattress I have ever bought. Had it almost a year and its like all sunk in. So uncomfortable. Its started sinking almost right away. Waste of money.

The quality of this mattress is poor for the price. We have had it for about four months and it already has dips in it where we sleep. Very disappointed with this purchase. Will look into returning it.
