It works fantastic on tile, grout, faucets, shower heads, toilets! I can't stop using it. Love the storage compartment. Love how it's light weight, small and easy to store. I highly recommend this steamer.

The steamer itself works great! But steam alone does not remove the grease from your oven. You still need to use oven cleaner with steam. The same goes for the bathtubs and toilets; they still need cleaners. Unfortunately, I can't use it on my floors because they have to be sealed. I can on the rugs.I am keeping it for the bedding. I use it over the mattresses and box springs to keep dust mites and other pests out of my bedding. And for 100 bucks it is worth it. Just glad I got it on sale.

Love how this cleans. Great in the bathroom. Need to fix:1. Cord way to short - plug and replug numerous times to reach all my floor2. Ridges on handle hurts your hands - Used heavy winter gloves tohelp with the pain3. Floor pad to thick - switched to a thinner pad and picked up even more dirt.It seems like you did not even test this product before putting it on the market. I would not recommend with the issues I mentioned.

I wanted the steamer to replace my old floor steamer, and have a spray gun attachment. This is definitely more for the garage-too bulky to store, the whole machine gets hot, and the floor attachment isn't really for floors. It is a wire bristle brush & a piece of material snaps over it. Not what I expected. I am returning it.

POOR REVIEWS AND IN ORDER TO RETURN IT I HAVE TO RETURN IT ON MY OWN!!! I CALL NOW AND ASK IF THE ITEM HAS AN EASY RETURN LABEL. IF THEY DON'T, I WON'T BUY IT!! AS A SENIOR CITIZEN I SURE DON'T FEEL LIKE STANDING IN A LINE AT THE POST OFFICE OR UPS TO RETURN AN ITEM! THERE ARE A LOT OF PRODUCTS THIS XMAS SEASON THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A LABEL SENT IF YOU DONT HAVE A PRINTER OR RETURN IT ON YOUR OWN... REALLY HATE IT ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S A BIG HEAVY BOX! REALLY DISGUSTED!!
