Two emblems of courage and freedom, the British Lion and the American Eagle, come together on this commemorative coin from The Royal Mint. The Royal Mint product design team collaborated with John M. Mercanti, one of the most prolific coin designers in US Mint history, to craft this original coin design that would intrigue coin enthusiasts in the US and the United Kingdom. Produced in low quantities and sold mostly to English collectors, very few Americans will have the opportunity to purchase these sets. They're excellent for starting or deepening collections and wonderful as keepsake or heirloom purchases.
