Saved me

Great Vitamin C
Very gentle & no issues with stomach. Vitamin C is one of my regular / daily doses after Breakfast & after Dinner. I will increase the amount from 500mg to more or increase the frequency of taking during Cold & Fu Season for prevention. Taking this Vitamin C for several years now. I am very fond of Andrew Lessmans Vitamin / Supplements and the Research Information he provides to support them. HIGHLY Recommend ProCaps Supplements
HIGHLY recommend any of the supplements in the ProCaps line. I trust the accuracy of Andrew Lessman's research % stated benefits. There is no doubt that I am able to have a high level of function (in my 70s) because of a specific combination of supplements. One frustration is, I subscribe to a product WHEN IT'S ON SALE. My expectation is the cost will be STABLE for the duration of my Auto Ship. But the COST CHANGES DURING SUBSCRIPTIO without notice, which is unacceptable.

I'VE ONLY JUST STARTED TAKING THIS GINSENG SO CAN'T REALLY ELABORATE ON IT TOO MUCH.HOWEVER, I DO FEEL CONFIDENT IN ANDREW LESSMAN'S VITIMINS AND SUPPLEMENT - THEY ARE THE BEST. MAYBE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH THE MONEY FOR PURITY.

I've been taking mushrooms for quite some time, but not in the combination u have made. It didn't exist. I used to own a vitamin shoppe years back, so I know about "the good the bad & the ugly". EVERYTHING u say is true. Every now & again I have to go outside "you" & I hate it. Lol. No medical claims but mushrooms r supposed to help with cancer protection.
