I HAVE HAD MANY OF THEM BUT HAVE NEVER LAID EYES ON ANY OF THEM. BUT I KNOW HSN WLL STAND BEHIND THEM. THAT'S JUST THE WAY I BELIEVE THEY ARE. ONLY 3 STARS BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN THESE FROM WAY BACK TO CURRENT IN THE MAIL.

Cord has defective placement and makes the iron unstable when you set it down. The titanium and ceramic plates do make the iron glide easily over clothing. Suggestion for the maker of this product to move the placement where the cord attaches to the iron, so the iron will sit level without having to twist the cord each time you set it down to keep it level. Should have a button to push for recoiling the cord when finished ironing, like on Joy Mangano's 'My Little Steamer'.

Electronic Protection Plan, (Hiya1111 UT)08/03/2012
I ordered 2 protection plans when I placed the order for the Samsung Trac Fone and for the headset on June 3, 2012. As of today, Aug. 3, 2012 neither plan has arrived. HSN rep said I will have the 2 plans sent out today but I am concerned about how difficult it would be to use the coverage when the plans are not even sent out. For a few minutes the HSN rep couldn't even see that I had ordered 2 plans. Hope these are worth the money.

haven't had to use it yet, so I really don't have an opinion about it yet. I do however think it is a good thing to have, so the product is covered if anything should go wrong.

I just rec'd the Yonanas Treat maker last week, even though HSN said it was suppose to be here 2 weeks ago. My husband likes to have ice cream almost every night, and this item will really helps since it is good for you! The 1st time I fixed it, I was afraid the he would not like it or would have negative things to say since it was not his regular ice cream, but he loved the flavor. This item is a "keeper"

IDO NOT BELIEVE THAT I ASK FOR THE REPLACEMENT PLAN ON THIS ITEM AND IF I DID IT WAS A MISTAKE. SO IF IT IS POSSIBLE AND I KNOW IT IS PLEASE REMOVE IT AND REMIBERSE ME WHAT I HAVE PAYED ON THE PLAN. THERE IS AN ITEM BELOW PLEASE DO THE SAME FOR IT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WILDA DAILEY

My dirt devil work for less than four months. I would highly advise purchasing the replacement plan. It worked fine at first, I only used once a week. The price was fantastic. I just wished it lasted longer. I have a dog who tracks in dirt and I liked that I didn't have to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor.

i bought just in case my little vac...goes bad...and we will see if this insurance will do what promise...so far i rated 3...lets see if i need it before the year ends.
