CasaClean Ultimate Electric Floor-Length Extendable Spin Scrubber

Bought this and after the first time I turned it on (fully charged) it never worked again. Sent it back immediately.

I tried to use this with the long pole. Probably ok with the shorter ones. It runs away and goes all over the place.Then because there is not return postage I had to pay $22.00 to return it.

The first time i used the scrubber was in the shower/bathtub and it was a wonderful time saver! Used it a month later and recharged it for three hours. Unfortunately it would not turn on. I charged it overnight for a real good charge. It will not turn on...USELESS!! This product is defective!!!!

Product came to my house in damaged box. Didnt work. I returned it. I wanted a new one but because of Florida hurricanes they gave not showing they received it.

I ordered this product twice and neither work at all...it is ridiclous to buy a product twice and it just doesn't work...so I spent over 100 bucks and now cant use either one of them...I feel HSN is just a money maker...doesn't care about their products, just your money...very very upset over these below average products...i would never ever tell anyone to buy from you...Jennifer Marshall

I would not recommend this product to anyone. HSN should be ashamed and embarrassed for promoting this product on their TV show. This is one of the most useless products I have ever purchased. This doesn't do anything as address on TV. I will never shop with HSN anymore. I will stick with my Amazon Prime account. At least Amazon doesn't charge for returns. HSN charges for returns and keeps a percentage for themselves. Not no more with me.

I had to send it back because it wouldn't work l tried everything and it wouldn't work or run. l loved it but it just wouldn't run.

Returning. Quality control seems missing of late - several complaints that it wont work in comments. So disappointed but, on fixed income, cant afford to take a chance on replacement Id have to pay to return.

Be ready to keep charging this scrubber since there is no way to shut it off. This is a waste of energy and usage of the battery to have a device that is on continuously. If anyone is returning this unit contact customer service for a pre-paid return label since none was provided in the packaging or when printing.

This item won't turn on even tho charged. No return label sent. Can only print a "return on your own label". Not happy!

The instruction manual had no reference to customer service phone number or email, no website. I had planned on using this a lot and would need replacement brush heads. I could get no information from HSN. I could find I could find nothing on the Internet about this company and how to get replacement heads. Without replacement heads this wouldnt last me very long so Im returning.

I wish I could write a review but my order was cancelled and I never received it.

Product was return the spin wasn't as powerful as it should've been.

Would love to give this a great review but, with hours of charging, the power button wont work and wont turn on. Now its sold out. Ugh!
