Lancôme 2-pack Nutrix Royal Body Balm

Off-smell-terrible. Appears sent directly from warehouse storage. Nothing like the TV advertising or 5-star ratings. There is no way I could tolerate the smell on my skin. I am a loyal customer of Beekman products and will stay with those. BEST body cream too!

I purchased these.. planned to give one to my daughter..BOTH items were split/ broken in shipiping.I SENT BOTH BACK ..for a total refund ...

I actually looked for reviews about the scent- many Lancme products have very strong scents, which I avoid. This smells like something my grandmother would love! Super strong rose scent that seems to linger forever, so dont use another perfume! Its a decent moisturizer, but I use several others more effective for me. Great price/value if you like the scent. Ill only be using it at night on my feet so I can avoid the smell. I wont repurchase.

The moisturizing aspect of this balm is just okay. But, wow! The fragrance is just too much!! Not happy about return shipping $ but it has to go back.

I didn't like this Royal Body Balm due to the smell. Also, it left my skin sticky. I returned both containers today, January 6 2023. Dropped it off at post office.

I've just received the Lancome Nutrix, opened the box and one of the jars was very damaged. HSN does not make sure the products are well protected in the box. I called HSN to make them aware of the product being damaged during shipping. I like the product but I can't give it as a Christmas gift. I very angry and upset.

This body balm has a strong unpleasant odor. I would not recommend buying this product unless scent is not important to the buyer.

I would like to try this product but every shipment I have received has damage. Product is not packed well. No damage to outside packaging -- just no care in protecting product inside package. Thrown in with paper but not wrapped with bubble wrap or anything so the product bounces around inside and breaks. This has happened 3 times. Have spoken with customer service. I will buy somewhere else because I believe I will like it based on reviews. Sad.

Opened to find out both jars have cracks.came in big box without any bubble wrapping.not surprised both jars are crackedreturning soonafraid to replace due to packaging problem

I received this item and it was damaged. The container was cracked and the balm was seeping out. There was no return label inside the box. Im not sure whats happening with HSN QA program but it needs an overhaul, ASAP! Im stuck with half an order, so sad

Immediate itchy, red rash after applying. Also found the scent to be overpowering. I'll stay with Perlier.

Not happy at all this product had been used and it was cracked down the side as if the person who received it the first time saw it was cracked send it back and they used some of product.

This was a used item! Will not order Lancome from HSN again!

I have much better results with drug store brands than this. It leaves the skin feeling tacky and poorly moisturized. Returned.
