Shark Cordless Pro IQ Stick Vacuum w/PowerFins Self-Cleaning Brushroll

Every single Shark Vacuum cleaner that I had has never been able to vacuum area rugs, that's when they all have gone bad, red light turns on and I'm unable to continue with the vacuuming every single one corded or not. I will not recommend, had enough of the same.

I am returning the thing. It goes from 100 percent to 10 % in 10 minutes. It's really loud to me. I am disappointed they made it looks so good. I love shark but not this item

I wanted this to run through my house in the morning because I have 2 dogs and thought it would be quick and easy. Liked the idea of the fins and hair not getting stuck because I have long hair. Well the vacuum picked up some of the dog hair but pushed most of it around which made me have to go over the same places several times. Battery diminished quickly on full power and even on full power the suction wasnt very strong. The fins seem to be the best feature. Mine will go back. Disappointed.

Only stays charged for 25 minutes ,No suction power Does not work as advertised

I open the box and the floor nozzle is not there. How does one forget that?

I'm so frustrated with Shark for selling a barely functional vacuum. It's so top heavy you can't stand it up at all. It charged once and within 15 minutes it was pretty much dead. It barely picks up anything. I don't understand how this passed quality control. As for HSN, since you charge return shipping is the main reason I don't buy from you any longer. I used to buy all the time and you did free returns if you used HSN card. Not now. I have to pay $10 to return a defective item. Ridiculous!

I purchased the vacuum for a Christmas gift. I received this item without an outside brown boxthe Shark box is completely destroyed.It is held together with clear tape that UPS obviously applied to the box.I cant give this as a gift!!

How I wish I had read reviews. Shark box was ripped open. Good that nothing is missing. I did not know the vacuum did not stand on its own with top part connected. I watched the complete presentation again and never saw the unit leaning on something to keep it upright. I believe it was intentional not to show unit in the upright position as it would have had to lean on something. I would not have bought. Box is destroyed so don't know yet how I'll be sending it back.

To begin with this vacuum is very too top heavy! Only used it a few minutes and the battery would not recharge. Its already packaged to return. The bin fills up quickly and just opening the bin doesnt empty dog hairs. You have to reach into it to empty. My battery charger did not work!

I got the vacuum yesterday and I wanted to try it. Buttery did not charge. No lights at all to give any sign of charging, I waited for a while and nothing told me that charging was in progress. Just black screen. I will sent it back since I also agree that it is heavy. Presentation is misleading on that.
