I read what they are suppose to do but I haven't noticed any difference.

I really should not have ordered this with all my stomach problems, just did not work with what ails my tummy. So, I love all of the other products, Just was very leary, and should have listened to My GUT... sorry the pun instinct. Plenty of Controversy over Acai Berry Products, was a tell tale indication for me, but I can't live without some of his Others!! I swear by his products, and will continue to order, My Doctor Says.... Good Work!! My Cholesterol is down, I feel energetic, I thinking clearer, and my IBS is Calm........... Thank You So Much...

I don't know what is supposed to happen, I've been taking them every day, I feel fine, no side effects, we'll see.
