This did the exact opposite of what was stated for me. I took it 3 days in a row. It messed with my heart rate and every night I had night sweat issues-havent had those in years- and horrific dreams. Its a hard pass for me.

I always have had no issues with Andrews vitamins. I thought Id try these too. Well my stomach did not do well. I had diarrhea daily 24-7. Stopped for 3 days was fine. Started taking again and the same day my stomach was sick again. Idk what it is but I had to send back.

I swear by Andrew's supplements, but not this time. The smell and taste of mothballs was just too much. I tried a couple days but it made me feel queezy for too long afterwards knowing I consumed something that was clearly somehow contaminated

I tried taking this and it wasn't for me. I was hoping it was the answer. Returned it.

I've never had a problem with his vitamins. I was disappointed that I had to return them. I had anaphylaxis to these pills. Hives, itching, burning skin, lips swelled up, tongue swelling, tingling etc. I almost had to go to the emergency room.

I dont know what is going on but this supplement smells like mothballs. I threw the first order away and HSN resent me another order and it still smells bad, bad batch maybe or just really old?

The taste and smell of these outweighs the benefits! I am a huge Andrew Lessman fan but these are horrible. Ugh and I bought the big bottle!

I started taking 1 capsule then second week moved up to 2 . I havent noticed anything however the SMELL of these !!!!Has anyone else noticed or did I receive a wonky batch. Smells like old rice water if you know that smell . Anyway I will continue to use until finished.

Please do your own research. This caused abnormal bleeding. Too much plant estrogen.

She is in her 40s and is going through the change so that is why i bought it for her . But she had an allergic reaction to them , maybe because they contain soy and we werent aware of that .

I did not like these capsules they make me itch and I did not like that feeling..and they did not do nothing for me but make me itch very bad...so I found me a organic Vitamin from Garden of life and there brand is organic and it is very good women vitamin..so I am going to say with Garden of Life...

I am very disappointed that this product did not help with menopause symptoms such as hot flashes as presented so I called the number on the bottle to see if they had any recommendations for me because I wanted it to work but Andrew Lessman's customer service rep said it doesn't work for everyone so just return it to HSN while I can get most of my money back. I bought several different vitamins from him recently but now doubting that I made the right choice.

I was hopeful but this product did nothing for me. Hot flashes are still flashing and night sweats never dissipated or stopped. The search continues for help with this problem, I am at my wits end. 64 and have been having hot flashes since I was in my 40's.

At first I didn't notice a smell but after 30 days tbey smell like vimut and I can't bring myself to take them. Now i can't return them and I have the 360 count. So dissappointed that there goes more than 100 bucks down the drain. I could just cry!
