Samsung Galaxy A14 6.6" FHD+ 5G Tracfone w/1500 Min/Text/Data/365 Days

Phone charger works with ear pods but not with the phone. It discharge s instead of charging . The phone is great.

Even though this was a low end Samsung product, I thought Samsung would take pride in the material they would use for this model. Its cheaply made. The power adapter does not come within the Tracfone package, it comes with only the cord. The package did include a no name brand adapter, but its DOL. it does not work at all and is useless.

Phone part works great. Easy to use & navigate. Sound is decent & good quality. The only thing I disliked about the phone is the camera part which description sold me on. Picture quality is not good! Pictures are grainy & at times look fake & cartoony especially of animals & distance is how I can explain it. If all you are interested in is a good phone, go for it. But like me I need decent photos so no more.

Have been with TracFone for 7 years and never had a problem. With this phone I can't receive group text at all. I have check the setting several times and everything was correctly set yet till this day can't send or receive group texts. TracFone technician department is a joke. Very discouraging!

Do to Tracfone not being able to fix the connection issue, after 5 days, many agents and over 6 hours in total. I was not able to enjoy the use of this phone, because I ended up changing carriers. I also order another in hopes correcting this problem but it did not. So I sent them both back to HSN in doing so found out I returned them incorrectly. I put the return stickers enclosed on the package and drop it into a UPS box on 2/7/2024 and HSN did not receive them and told me I did it wrong.

not good quality freezes up

Have trouble with sometimes get my touch working to get into the subject? Disappointed knowing it is a Samsung. Thought it would be a good working product?

It would not connect to 5G service

Tracfone would not activate due to not having a plan associated with the new plan card info. provided. This creates complications. Stuck in limbo. As a senior I am already challenges with this tech to begin with.

The protective phone cover interferes with fingerprint sensor which is now a side button. This is an annoying faux pas. HSN, please do product testing. Don't trust phone companies.

Product might be great but I was ready to return it when I tried to activate and Tracfone insisted I had to purchase a service plan which would cost me more money. I said no as it came with 1500 min/ Data/Text. I was sick of the whole situation and threatened to send it back and they came around and activated it for a year. Lack of coordination between HSN and Tracfone.
