Samsung Galaxy A14 6.6" FHD+ 5G Tracfone w/1500 Min/Text/Data/365 Days

Fulfilled all my needs which aren't extensive. Cheap case easily replaced with better quality online. Case usually breaks within few months. Sometimes, the screen won't scroll. That's why it got a 4 .

TracFone meets my needs as a light cellphone user but it probably isn't the best choice for someone who uses a lot of data.The Galaxy A14 is Samsung's most basic smartphone, and this is not the latest model, but it has many good features and it updates to Android 14 and should get Android 15 next year. Most inexpensive Tracfones don't get Android updates.The price seems to have gone up from what I paid as an early Black Friday sale but the extras included by HSN still make this a good value.

I needed an upgrade. This phone is light weight, and was easy to port all my info. Great purchase.

I have had many tracfones and have never had much trouble getting them activated and working. This phone would not send or receive pictures in text messages (2 of this model same problem). Finally fixed issue (both phones) by doing a hard reset - pushing volume down and power button simultaneously and holding both until phone powers off. Phone restarted itself and glitch appears to be corrected (its been about 2 weeks). Other than this issue phone is adequate -nice pictures, good battery life

So far, the A14 has been great. Much better that my previous phone. However, setup was a rough. I spent almost two days setting the A14 up the way I wanted it to work for me. TracFone help desk wasn't much of a help.

This phone is very nice and fast. I upgraded my from an LG. It took me almost two days to set it up. Its Android 13 with 5G- very efficient.My major proI blem is the service carrier. I have lost service twice in just the time i have had it operational. I am hoping I don't have to send it back for this reason. I need a reliable cell phone. The price is affordable because of the free minute promotion. I will come back with an update. March 2, 2024

This tracfone was the least expensive of all my tracfones. All Samsung (1 LG). Set-up went quick, used SmartSwitch made sure to download SS on my older phone (Glxy c. 2020 ) Activation: couple burps. Tried online, tried w chat - no go. finally got rep on LandL phone. threatened to return fone. heh heh it worked. Battery Life: could be better. Data Saver ON helps, remove/restrict permissions on unused apps, delete bloatware. lots of tips/tricks - chek U Tube...

The phone itself is fine. I called Tracfone to help me set it up. So other than learning a new phone, as everything was different from my old LG phone it went well. The case provided by HSN is cheaply made and already broke by the camera lens. I didn't drop it, just normal use, less than a month old. It certainly won't protect my phone. That was disappointing.

This phone is an upgrade. Set up was easy and quick. Transferring information from previous phone accomplished without difficulty. One problem noticed is that a charge does not last as long as the A13.

People are having trouble activating this phone. I connected to my Wi-Fi and set up Gmail. Set up & downloaded the My Tracfone App. Ran all updates. Uninstalled all apps I don't use. Then activated the phone with no problems.. The phone is OK. But is slow charging.

This phone is great. My last phone was so slow due to not enough RAM. This here is sooo much faster.I'd give 5 stars if it supported Samsung Music. I don't understand why?

I've been a Tracfone customer a long time. In 2020 I upgraded to a Motorola Tracfone which I liked until it had an accident and the screen shattered. This Samsung A14 replaced it this fall. I do not believe the battery life is as strong as the Motorola's was. I feel like I am constantly charging this with comparable use. Also, I do not enjoy the texting keypad. It seems really touchy compared to my Motorola. Overall, it's just okay. I will probably buy Motorola again in the future.

I am happy with the purchase and still learning how to manage the phone but, it is much better than my last phone which had limited battery charge.

I've only had it about a week, still figuring it out. I think I like it

So far so good I had just a little bit of trouble transferring info from old phone but customer service fixed the problemI wish the case cover had more design patterns to choose from
